Plan Review & Space Optimization
​This service provides a thoughtful review of existing floor plans to evaluate circulation, proportion, and overall spatial logic. I assess how rooms connect, where square footage may be underutilized, and how architectural moments could be strengthened through small but meaningful adjustments.

The goal isn’t to redesign from scratch, it’s to refine what’s already there, ensuring the space feels intentional, balanced, and supportive of real life before construction begins.

Architectural Visualization & 3D Rendering
This service can be used to confirm exterior architecture, coordinate interior and/or exterior materials, or help clients visualize how an important space will come together.

Renderings are especially valuable for clients who struggle to visualize spaces in three dimensions or need a clear way to communicate a unique design concept to their builder. Video walkthroughs are also available, allowing clients to experience scale, flow, and perspective more fully.

These visuals can support custom homes, remodels, additions, or early concept development, and are also highly effective for real estate listings, particularly for homes that are planned or under construction.

Kelly brings experience in tenant improvements, hospitality, and experiential spaces, and is particularly drawn to projects that invite creativity, atmosphere, and a unique narrative—spaces that don’t fit neatly into standard categories.

From adaptive reuse and sacred spaces to immersive environments and concept-driven interiors, Special Projects are approached with the same care for light, proportion, materiality, and human experience that defines all Lightwell work.
